Order Processing

🖨️ All products are made to order. Once your purchase is completed, your item enters production with one of our trusted Printify fulfillment partners.
• Production time: typically 2–5 business days
• During peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.), production may take slightly longer.
You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed, and another notification once your item has shipped.

Shipping Times

Typical estimates: These timeframes include transit only and do not include production time.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the product type, quantity, and destination.
Print‑on‑demand items may ship separately if produced by different fulfillment partners.

Tracking

🔍 Most orders include tracking. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Multiple Shipments

Because we work with multiple Printify production partners, items in your order may arrive in separate packages. This allows faster delivery and ensures each product is produced by the best‑suited provider.

Customs & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
We’ll work directly with Printify to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement when applicable.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipment costs may apply.
