How quickly will my order be dispatched?

All orders are processed, printed, and packaged 100% in-house within 24 to 48 business hours (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays).

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Because orders enter our printing pipeline rapidly within 24 hours, cancellation or address change requests must be sent immediately to hello@printshelf.co.uk. Once an order has been printed or dispatched, modifications can no longer be made.

What paper stock and print quality do you use?

Unless stated otherwise, our prints are produced on premium 240gsm Kodak Glossy Photopaper using high-density archival inks for vivid contrast and long-lasting durability.

Are frames included with all poster sizes?

Pre-framed options (Black and White MDF Wood Frames) are available for sizes A3, A4, A5, and A6. Larger sizes (A1 and A2) are strictly supplied as frameless prints.

Will physical print colors match what I see on screen?

Due to variations in individual monitor settings, screen brightness, and color calibration, final printed colors on physical stock may vary slightly from display mockups.

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all domestic UK orders. Additional rates include:

• EU Standard Airmail: £12.99
• Rest of World Airmail: £14.49

What is your 30-Day Resolution Guarantee?

If your parcel arrives damaged, defective, or is lost in transit, contact our support team at hello@printshelf.co.uk within 30 days of your estimated delivery date for a free replacement or resolution.
