Printshelf operates as an independent UK-based online retailer specializing in high-quality poster prints and framed wall art. All products listed on our store are printed, processed, and packaged 100% in-house using eco-friendly, recycled packaging materials.
2. Product Information & Print Accuracy
We take great care to ensure that all product titles, descriptions, dimensions, and visual mockups accurately represent our physical prints.
- Color & Display Representation: Due to variations in individual monitor settings, screen brightness, and color calibration, final printed colors on physical stock may vary slightly from how they appear on your screen.
- Paper & Ink Stock: Unless stated otherwise, our prints are produced on premium 240gsm Kodak Glossy Photopaper using high-density archival inks.
- Framing Standards: Pre-framed options (Black and White MDF Wood Frames) are available for sizes A3, A4, A5, and A6. Sizes A1 and A2 are strictly supplied as Frameless Prints only.
3. Orders, Pricing & Payment
- Order Acceptance: Placing an order on printshelf.co.uk constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order prior to dispatch in cases of pricing errors, unauthorized transaction flags, or stock issues.
- Pricing: All prices listed on the site are in British Pounds (GBP £) unless explicitly converted via a currency switcher. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time without prior notice.
- Payment Methods: Payments are processed securely at checkout via our authorized payment gateways. Full payment is required before your order enters our in-house production queue.
4. Shipping, Production & Delivery

- In-House Production Time: Orders enter production immediately after payment and are dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays).
- Shipping Costs: We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all domestic orders delivered within the United Kingdom. International shipping rates apply at checkout for supported regions.
- Bundled Delivery: To reduce packaging waste, multiple products ordered in the same transaction are packaged and shipped together to a single delivery address unless noted otherwise prior to dispatch.
5. Returns, Cancellations & 30-Day Guarantee
Your satisfaction is important to us. Our return and resolution guidelines are structured as follows:
- 30-Day Resolution Guarantee: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is lost in transit, you must contact our support team within 30 days of the estimated delivery date to arrange a free replacement or appropriate solution.
- Incorrect Shipping Address: Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an invalid address provided by the buyer, reshipment fees will apply.
- Order Changes / Cancellations: Because orders enter our in-house printing pipeline quickly (within 24 hours), cancellation or address change requests must be sent immediately to hello@printshelf.co.uk. Once an order has been printed or dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

All content published on printshelf.co.uk—including website design, artwork designs, product mockups, logos, photography, typography, and text copy—is the intellectual property of Printshelf or its licensors and is protected under United Kingdom and international copyright laws.
You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of our artwork, designs, or website content without explicit written permission from Printshelf.
7. Limitation of Liability
Printshelf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products, delays in carrier transit times, or temporary website downtime.
